The Singapore Paddle Club is an independent, non-profit sports club dedicated to the establishment of competitive outrigger canoeing and the furtherance of competitive Dragon Boat racing in Singapore. We welcome all paddlers who share our ethos of intense competition and good sportsmanship.

Our membership is growing rapidly and it already includes a diverse range of young and not so young Singaporean and international athletes (12 nationalities and counting).

Our Executive committee, which manages the Club, comprises a group of multi-national and multi-ethnic  enthusiastic professionals with significant international experience in a number of paddling disciplines. With their leadership, we have already established ourselves as a strong and competitive sports club in Singapore.

Our Objectives

• We will raise the standard of dragon boat racing in Singapore by training hard and consistently racing to win
• We will establish the sport of outrigger canoeing in Singapore
• We will develop and promote both dragon boating and outrigger canoeing in Singapore
• We will field men's and women's teams in all events in which it is possible to do so
• We will strive to be the best team in Singapore and the region
• We will establish and maintain a friendly environment both on and off the water
• We will reach out to the community via charity events, beach clean ups and other forms of civic participation
